Hollco's goal is to provide comprehensive through-llife support to our customers. Every product is supplied with a detailed user guide and any queries not answered there can be addressed by contacting us. Hollco also offer a comprehensive on-demand training service that can be delivered at our offices, customer depots or other suitable facility. Once deployed with customers all field support is provided through our sister company Arkon Services Limited.

With our dedicated Service Centre, access to expert technical support and an extensive range of replacement parts on board our service vehicles or at base, our impressive response times are thanks to our infrastructure of field service engineers.

Our highly-skilled service engineers provide industry-leading levels of service and we are committed to developing and maintaining an excellent skills base within our dedicated team.
We are the accredited Service Partner to Pike Signals and Hollco, and planned maintenance is undertaken to standards set by these manufacturers.
